The World Wide Web has been a feature of my professional and academic work for years, but I also consider myself a web enthusiast in my personal life as well. An internship at the washingtonpost.com taught me about the future of online media—blogs, online chats, and content distributed via widgets and social media are just the beginning. I look forward to continuing my career in a web-related position.
In the course of my career so far, I have used content management systems like KeySite Enterprise and Point & Clique as well as custom-built solutions. I have also built several smaller sites using Dreamweaver. This site is built using the web-based tool Weebly with hand-coded basic HTML for additional functionality.
